Ten Foods to Eat Raw
Papaya The red pulp of the Caribbean papaya or the slightly sweeter yellow pulp of Hawaiian papaya both have similar nutritional value. You’ll skip the added salt and possible steaming or...

Any suggestion?
I think I pulled a nerve and had some injuries when I fell down the stairs. ): Feeling so frustrated because it’ll be really tough to run or gym. Any suggestion on what other workouts I could do during recovery? Would running still be ok? Really need some help!
